Almond Choc Chip Bliss Balls

Bliss Balls are the perfect go-to snack. They are extremely simple, enjoyable to make, and time savvy. They contain the ideal amount of nutrients and sweetness while satisfying your tastebuds for your mid-morning cravings.
I challenge you in lockdown to make these tasty treats, I am sure you own 90% of the ingredients so there is no excuse not to try them!

Total time: 20 Minutes
Yield: 18 Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS
200g pitted dates
1 cup of raw almonds
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
10 pieces 72% dark chocolate
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup of oatmeal
1 tbsp date puree (Syrup)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix almonds, dates, cocoa powder, and chia seeds into a blender until well combined
Finely chop the dark chocolate
Add mixed ingredients into a bowl and stir in oatmeal and dark chocolate
Melt coconut oil
Pour both date syrup and coconut oil into bowl mixture
With hands roll into small golfball-sized balls
Place on lined tray and place in the fridge to harden
